Upon awarding the contest winner, additional separate agreement will be signed between the winner and the contest winner:
- the vocals and lyrics are created and recorded under work-made-for-hire/contract-of-service basis and that the contest holder is the owner of the lyrics, composition and vocal recordings
- the contest holder will have exclusive, unlimited and perpetual rights on lyrics, melodies and recorded vocals created by the vocalist (word doc + wav files)
