Need lyrics and vocals for simple piano composition

This piano reference track will form the basis of a much grander song, but am stuck with the lyrics and would be good to see what another vocalist can do with it. If its really good, it will end up on an album I'm working on. The lyrics need to be written and sung by the vocalist, and that person gets 50% royalties.
If you provide a quick/demo of the first verse with your vocal, I am more likely to pick you :) considering I will be able to hear what your ideas are fairly quickly.
The budget is $70, I know that's low for some members but I cant pay more at this rate, possibly will pay more for future projects.
