The prophecy says that the chosen people would be in a state of bondage and oppression for 400 years (transatlantic slave trade) and that at the end of that time He Himself would deliver His People and restore glory back to the true Tribes of Israel (the Africans that were sold into slavery and their now mixed descendants). This song celebrates the fact that that time has come.
