Hi, I am looking for emotionally expressive vocals for a relaxed but groovy ballad.
Please follow the Audio brief link for my suggestion of the vocal melody and lyrics.
I am excited and looking forward to find you and your voice, bringing my song to a shine with your expression.
The mood of the voice should express being hurt and disappointed, especially in the verses, but not giving up. The chorus should be confident and looking forward to leave the past behind.
The vocal melody should sound close to the one you can listen to on soundcloud via audio brief link, it need not be exactly the same. If you like to adapt it to your style and own expression, I am fine with that. The pitch of the song can be slightly adjusted, however, some instruments are sample based and cannot be shifted too far.
As I am no native speaker I appreciate improvements in lyrics in case some words sound odd or even have bad grammar.
Production
I will record bass guitar once the pitch is defined and the song will get some sound engineering polish and final mastering.
