Need Topline Female Vocal for a Chill Progressive House Song

I’m currently working on a chill, progressive house song and I’m looking for a smooth & dreamlike vocal. The current version of the instrumental is pretty far along, but still needs some work. This song will be the main single & focus for an album releasing in late October. My budget is $300-$500 and I’m offering a 35% royalty.
For the lyrics, I’d like them to be less “commercial” and more “storytelling”. The lyrics can be about anything, but I’d like for the listener to be able to picture the story/setting and/or be taken on a journey when listening through.
I hesitate to give too many references because I don’t want this song to sound exactly like another song, but here are a few to use as a starting point:
- An older song of mine “Snowfall (feat. Laura Brehm)”: - (lyrics & tone)
- Older Kaskade / Deadmau5 songs like "I Remember" & "Don’t Stop Dancing" (tone, but NOT lyrics)
- Kx5 - Escape (Mostly tone)
“Snowfall” is the closest example of the kind of story I’d like this song to tell. That said - I want to stress that the above examples/references are really just a starting point to get you in the ballpark. I am not looking for a vocal that exactly emulates the above songs.
Here are the specifics of what I’m looking for:
- A full topline written and recorded including lyrics
- 2 verses, 1 pre chorus, 1 chorus, and a few adlibs (hums/oohs/ahhs in the intro & break)
- 1 main take of the entire vocal, pitch and timing corrected
- 1 extra take of the the vocal to use for doubles
- A few harmonies
- Final vocals delivered by September 19 (about 3 weeks from now).
