Luella Bio
 
Luella is one of Nashville‘s most entrancing vocalists and live performers—a reputation she’s earned onstage and in the studio as a solo artist and in-demand session singer, and with her former band Luella and the Sun and her current ensembles, Crackerboots, Water & Power, and Coyote Motel. She has been singing professionally since age 13. “Music has always been a spiritual channel to me,” she says. “It’s a way for me to deeply connect with people at their core—heart to heart. Singing helps me tune into my purest and highest self, and I strive to always remain authentic by only performing songs that resonate with me.”
 
You may also recognize Luella’s voice from national TV and radio commercials, including McDonald’s’ “We Love to See You Smile,” where she sang alongside Ray Charles. She has also sung the National Anthem for former President Bill Clinton, and has recorded and performed with John Denver, Sheryl Crow, the Dixie Chicks, Melanie, Pat Benatar, the McCrary Sisters, Mariah Carey, Buddy Miller, Tim Carroll, Kevin Gordon, and many others.
